Welcome back! Year 9… wow where did that time go?

I am delighted to again be leading you as a year group and I am excited about the things that we can achieve together in the forthcoming academic year. In the last 2 years you have shown me that you are a hardworking, resilient and a creative group of students and I am looking forward to seeing more of this as we move forward.

Year 9 is a very important year for you all, and one which will begin to shape your futures as you work towards your options. This year will be a journey, with many challenges along the way, but you have already proven on a number of occasions during your time at Manor that you are more than up to the challenge so embrace it.

Working hard, supporting one another and taking every opportunity will be the key to success this year. This will allow you to make informed choices about your options and in which direction you would like your own individual journey to go.

Dream big, stay positive and enjoy the journey but most of all be kind to each other.
