Year 11 Prom

Dear Parent /Carer,

The Year 11 Leavers Prom this academic year will be held on Wednesday 27 June 2017 at Sandburn Hall, Flaxton, from 6:30pm – 11:30pm. Arrival time is from 6pm, and students will need to be collected by 11:30pm.

The ticket price is £38.00 per person, which includes:

•  Non‐alcoholic welcome drink
• 3‐course dinner menu
• Disco from 8.00pm until 11:30pm
• Party bags
• Prom Awards

Once purchased the cost of the ticket is non‐refundable. Students must have a completed reply slip and purchased a ticket in order to attend. It is anticipated that photographs will be taken, as normal during the evening.
