Bereaved Children Support York are hosting their next peer support, drop-in session for bereaved children and their families on Saturday 12 January 2019. It will be held from 2-4pm at The Storehouse, Mansfield Street, off Foss Islands Road.
Bereaved Children Support York also offer a therapeutic support service. Anyone can refer a child to the service (parent/school/health and social professionals). Referrals will be accepted in order of receipt before being allocated to a worker. In the event of there being more referrals received than appointments available then a waiting list will be used. The service is free of charge and open to any bereaved child or young person between the age of 5 and 18.
