After half term the Year 9 Food Preparation and Nutrition students will be producing a Christmas hamper ready to take home in December. The hamper will be made up of a decorated Christmas cake, Christmas pudding, jam, mince pies and other festive treats. I thought it would be useful for you to know in advance what students are making so you could start to gather the ingredients and other components for the hamper.
